Preventing Burnout: A Support Group for Mental Health PRofessionals

An ongoing bi-weekly (virtual) Tuesday group 5p PT/8p ET.
Join fellow mental health professionals to navigate burnout & compassion fatigue through shared experiences

Mental health professionals often give so much of themselves that they risk burnout and compassion fatigue. If you’re feeling emotionally drained, struggling to maintain boundaries, or questioning your ability to continue in the field, you’re not alone.
Join other mental health professionals like you so you can:

  • Share your experiences in a safe, supportive space and feel validated by others who truly understand the emotional challenges of working in this field.

  • Learn strategies for self-care and stress management to better manage emotional exhaustion, secondary trauma, and the stress that comes with caring for others.

  • Find new ways to rekindle your passion for your work by exploring ways to reconnect with your purpose and set healthy boundaries.

This group provides a place to build connections, gain perspective, and develop the resilience needed to thrive in your profession. You’ll leave each session with renewed energy and practical tools to help you sustain your passion and protect your mental health.
